The Act

The attached update of the Trinidad and Tobago Free Zones Act was compiled by the Trinidad and Tobago Free Zones Company Limited from the Free Zones Act no. 19 of 1988 and the Amendments made thereto by :

o  The Finance Acts No. 6 of 1989 and No. 6 of 1991;

o  The Free Zones (amendment) Act No. 33 of 1995; 

o  Legal Notices Nos. 200 and 201 of 1996;

o  The Free Zones (amendment) Act No. 4 of 1997; and

o  The Insurance (amendment) Act No 15 of 2004 (Section 143).

o  The Finance Act No. 13 of 2010
